Detect → Investigate → Act → Verify

Your accounting system records it. EasyFlowData resolves it.

An autonomous control layer that detects financial exceptions, gathers evidence and drives them to a verified resolution — without replacing your accounting software.

Works with the bank and ledger exports you already have — CSV, Excel or Google Sheets. 3-day free trial, no card needed to look.

The Evidence Trail: data arrives from your bank and ledger exports or Google Sheets; an exception is detected; evidence is gathered; an action is prepared for your approval; and the case is verified closed from the files you upload.

Watch a case

One exception, from the first row to a verified close.

About thirty seconds: a payment with no invoice, worked to a verified refund. The figures are an example; every step is what the product does with your files.

A payment with no invoice

1,240.00 EUR paid to the supplier on 3 September, and no invoice for it in your invoice register.

Read the whole case as text
  1. A payment with no invoice. 1,240.00 EUR paid to the supplier on 3 September, and no invoice for it in your invoice register.
  2. Searched your other files first. Every invoice file in your workspace is checked: other spellings of the supplier, split invoices, near amounts. The closest is 1,000.00 EUR, which is not a match.
  3. A supplier request, ready for your approval. Payment date, amount and reference are filled in, with a secure single-use link. Nothing is sent until you approve it, by email or from your own mailbox.
  4. The supplier sends the invoice through the link. No login. The invoice is for 1,000.00 EUR, so 240.00 EUR was overpaid. A refund request is drafted for your approval.
  5. Waiting for the refund, not for a promise. You approve the refund request. The case stays open until the money is seen in your data; the supplier saying it will pay does not close it.
  6. Refund matched in your next bank file. The 240.00 EUR refund appears in the next bank statement you upload and is matched to the case, which closes as verified.
  7. €240 recovered (example: the supplier, invoice and amounts are invented).

How it works

Three kinds of case it works for you.

Each one starts from your files and ends with something you can check.

Paid without an invoice

What happened

A supplier was paid, and there is no matching invoice in your invoice register.

What EasyFlowData does

  • Finds the payment, then searches your other files for the invoice: other spellings of the supplier, split invoices, near amounts.
  • Asks the supplier for the invoice through a secure single-use link once you approve — by email or from your own mailbox.
  • Compares the invoice the supplier sends with what was paid.

Verifiable result

  • The invoice obtained and matched, or the overpayment found with a refund request ready to approve.
  • The refund matched in the next bank or ledger file you upload, and the case closed as verified.

Duplicate payments

What happened

The same supplier was paid twice for one invoice, days apart, sometimes in two different files.

What EasyFlowData does

  • Finds the pair across files and companies.
  • Rules out the ordinary explanations: a refund, a monthly payment, a file imported twice.

Verifiable result

  • A decision on the case, with the payments, the file and the line behind it, recorded with who decided and when.

Unusual supplier spend

What happened

Many small payments to one supplier add up to more than anyone approved.

What EasyFlowData does

  • Flags the pattern and shows every payment behind it.
  • Leaves regular monthly payments such as rent alone.

Verifiable result

  • A short list of cases worth a look, each with its evidence, instead of a dashboard of alerts.

Trust and security

What it touches, and what it does not.

Deterministic checks find the cases, and the same files give the same result every time. AI writes, it does not count: it may word an explanation, never a figure.

  • It reads; it does not write

Nothing is written back to any accounting system and no journal is posted.

  • Read-only Google access

Importing a Google Sheet asks Google for read-only permission to your sheets.

  • No bank passwords

It works from statements you export, so it never asks for or keeps bank credentials.

  • Every decision is kept

Who decided, what and when stays on the case, with the activity behind it one click away.

  • Your workspace is yours

Reviews and cases are scoped to your workspace. A client or supplier link shows one request and its payment, nothing else, and works once.

  • A person approves

Findings that need a decision wait for one. Nothing goes to a supplier until you approve it, and a suggested rule applies only after someone approves it.

Resolved· the goal of every case

Watch the demo case, then run a real review on one client and one month of the exports you already have. If there is nothing to decide, you get a short review saying so, with what it could not check.

The first 3 days are full access. After the 3-day trial, every review still runs in full. Until you unlock it, a review shows how many findings of each type it made, the total found, how many rows it read, and the 3 largest findings in full. The other findings (their suppliers, amounts and payments) stay on our server and are not sent to your browser. No subscription, and a full refund within 14 days. Pricing details

Findings are payments worth a second look, for a person to confirm. They are not accounting advice.
