Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EasyFlowData (the "Service"), operated by CodeSaaS AI (Dublin, Ireland), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyFlowData provides a deterministic financial data processing pipeline that ingests, normalizes, and analyzes financial transaction data uploaded by users. The Service includes:

  • Automated data ingestion and normalization (Phase 1)
  • Rule-based anomaly detection using hard-coded heuristics (Phase 2)
  • Automated P&L aggregation using standard accounting formulas (Phase 3)
  • An AI-powered translation layer that generates text explanations of pre-computed metrics (Phase 4)

3. Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, LEGAL, OR ACCOUNTING ADVICE.

All outputs generated by the Service, including but not limited to financial metrics, anomaly alerts, risk assessments, AI-generated commentary, forecasts, and recommendations, are provided for informational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service is a data processing tool, not a licensed financial advisor
  • All financial decisions remain solely your responsibility
  • You should consult qualified financial professionals before acting on any information provided by the Service
  • CodeSaaS AI bears no liability for any financial losses, damages, or consequences resulting from decisions made based on Service outputs

4. AI Transparency

The Service employs a hybrid deterministic-AI architecture:

  • All numerical computations (revenue, expenses, margins, anomaly detection thresholds) are performed by deterministic algorithms using strict mathematical rules. These computations are reproducible and verifiable.
  • The AI layer (powered by third-party large language models) operates in a read-only, constrained environment. It receives pre-computed structured data and generates natural language explanations. The AI does not perform financial calculations.
  • Despite safeguards, AI-generated text may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always verify AI commentary against the algorithmically computed metrics displayed in the "Verified by Algorithm" panel.

5. Data Processing & Privacy

  • Uploaded files: a file uploaded on the Your data page is deleted from storage once its rows have been read. A file whose columns are never confirmed, or that cannot be read, stays until you delete that upload.
  • Payment rows and findings: the rows read from a file, and the reviews, findings and decisions made from them, stay in your workspace until you delete them or ask us to.
  • No AI training: we do not send your data for training, and have agreed to no such use. The AI receives totals and category names, never the rows themselves.
  • Encryption: data travels over TLS. Stored uploads are encrypted at rest (SSE-S3, AES-256). Every query is scoped to your workspace.

What is kept, where and for how long is set out on the security page. How we handle personal data about you is in the Privacy Policy.

6. Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Article 28)

This section is the Data Processing Agreement between you (the customer) and CodeSaaS AI. You accept it with these Terms, with the same checkbox.

  • Roles. For personal data contained in the files you upload and in the questions you send to your clients, you are the controller and CodeSaaS AI is your processor.
  • Subject matter, nature and purpose. Reading the payment exports you upload, storing their rows in your workspace, running the reviews you start, producing findings and reports, and showing the one question you choose to a person holding a client link. Nothing else.
  • Duration. For as long as your account exists, and until the data is deleted as described in section 5.
  • Types of personal data and data subjects. Whatever your files contain about identifiable people — typically the names of suppliers and payees, with payment dates, amounts, references and descriptions — about your staff, your clients, and their suppliers and payees.
  • Instructions. We process this data only to provide the Service as you use it; your use of the Service, and these Terms, are your documented instructions. We tell you if we believe an instruction breaks data-protection law.
  • Confidentiality. Anyone we authorise to process the data is bound to keep it confidential.
  • Security. The measures in place are the ones listed on the security page.
  • Sub-processors. You authorise these: Hetzner (hosting, Germany); Amazon Web Services (file storage, EU region); Cloudflare (network and backup storage); Sentry (error reports, with credentials scrubbed); and the AI provider configured for written explanations, which receives totals and category names but not payment rows — we tell you which on request. We will update this list here before adding a sub-processor, and you may object.
  • Transfers. Your files and rows are stored in the EU. Some sub-processors may process data outside the EU under their own standard contractual clauses.
  • Assistance. We help you answer requests from data subjects and meet your obligations on security, breach notification and impact assessments, as far as the Service allows.
  • Breaches. We tell you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.
  • Deletion. You can delete any upload, with its rows, on the Your data page. To delete a whole account and everything in it, email [email protected]. Database backups expire under the retention rule on the backup store.
  • Audit. We make available the information needed to show compliance with this section, on request.

7. User Responsibilities

  • The accuracy and legality of all data you upload to the Service
  • Ensuring you have the right to upload and process the financial data
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Verifying all Service outputs before making any business decisions
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CODESAAS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Any financial losses resulting from reliance on Service outputs
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Payments

A new workspace gets 3 days of full access without a card. After that, reviews are bought one at a time (€19) or as a pack of 10 (€99), each paid once. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. By buying, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CodeSaaS AI. You retain all rights to your uploaded data. We claim no ownership over your financial data or the computed outputs derived from it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
