Before you decide
Is there a free tier?+
Not a permanent one. The walkthrough is free and needs no account, and a new workspace gets 3 days of full access without a card. After that you buy a review, or 10 of them.
What do I see before I pay?+
For the first 3 days, everything, including the CSV and PDF report. After the 3-day trial, every review still runs in full. Until you unlock it, a review shows how many findings of each type it made, the total found, how many rows it read, and the 3 largest findings in full. The other findings (their suppliers, amounts and payments) stay on our server and are not sent to your browser. Unlocking a review opens every finding with its payments, and the CSV and PDF report: €19 for one review, or 10 for €99. An unlocked review stays unlocked.
Is there a subscription?+
No. You pay €19 for one review or €99 for 10, once. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
What does a review actually include?+
One client and one period. The review works out which checks your files support, runs them, investigates every candidate against the ordinary explanations, settles what it can, and hands back the rest with the rows behind each one. It also tells you what it could not check and what it would need.
Will it save me money?+
We do not know, and anybody who tells you a figure before seeing your data is guessing. What a review gives you is a short list of things to decide about, with the evidence attached. Whether any of them turns out to be money back is your call and your client's.
Is this an audit?+
No. It is not an audit, not a certification and not accounting advice. Every decision stays with a qualified person, and nothing is written back to any accounting system.
Every object written to storage is encrypted at rest. A finding is something worth a person’s look, not a conclusion and not accounting advice. Currencies are reported as the file declares them and never converted. EasyFlowData is new and has no customers to name yet.
