Refund Policy

1. What you buy

• One review costs €19; a pack of 10 reviews costs €99. Each is paid once.
• There are no subscriptions. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
• A new workspace gets 3 days of full access without a card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.

2. Refunds

• If you ask within 14 days of purchase, we refund a review or a pack in full.
• Reviews are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, issues the receipt, and processes the refund.
• Once the refund is made, the reports it paid for are no longer available in your workspace.

3. Where the money goes

Refunds are paid to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Tell us what you bought and when, and include the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

5. Your statutory rights
